Senator Torgerson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 1385. Without objection, CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 94(FIN) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Tim Kelly objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, Amendment No. 1 was adopted.
